1. Who we are

Dinoplan is a product of Schouten Online OÜ, registry code 17338507, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at info@dinoplan.com. In these terms we call that "we" or "Dinoplan". "You" means anyone who uses Dinoplan, as a private person or as a business.

2. What Dinoplan is

Dinoplan is an online program to draw floor plans, view them in 3D and export them (including as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF and FML). You use it in your browser at app.dinoplan.com. Dinoplan does not produce official measurement reports (such as NEN 2580): the areas and dimensions in your drawing come from what you enter, and you are responsible for their accuracy.

3. Your account

• An account is personal. On Free, Per floor plan and Pro, one person uses the account. To work with colleagues, choose Agency: up to 5 users, each with their own login.
• Keep your login details to yourself. If you notice someone else using your account, email us straight away.
• Don't use Dinoplan for anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others, and don't try to get around the security or the limits of the plans. If you do, we may block your account.

4. Plans and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT: nothing is added.

• Free: up to 3 projects and 1 house style of your own; exports with a watermark, images up to Full HD; no FML export.
• Per floor plan: €4.99 per project, once. After that you export that project without a watermark and as FML, as often as you like, including after changes.
• Pro: €29.99 per month, or €24.99 per month on a yearly plan (€299.88 per year). Unlimited projects and exports, 10 house styles, and walking through, video and share link in 3D.
• Agency: €79.99 per month, or €65.99 per month on a yearly plan (€791.88 per year). Everything in Pro, up to 5 users, notes and unlimited house styles, shared with your team.

What each plan includes is on the pricing page. If we change a price, we let you know at least 30 days in advance. A new price only applies from your next period, and you can always cancel before it takes effect.

5. Free trial

Your first Pro subscription starts with 14 days free, without a credit card. If you don't add a payment method during that time, the subscription stops by itself and you go back to Free; nothing is charged. You get a trial once.

6. Paying, renewing and cancelling

• You pay in advance, through Stripe. Your invoices are in the app under Subscription.
• A subscription renews automatically: a monthly plan every month, a yearly plan every year.
• You cancel yourself in the app under Subscription → Manage subscription. Your subscription then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, and stops after that. You don't get money back for a running period when you cancel, except in the cases below under the right of withdrawal.
• If a payment fails, Stripe gives you the chance to update your payment method. If that doesn't work, the subscription stops and you go back to Free.

7. Right of withdrawal (if you are a consumer)

If you buy as a private person, the law gives you 14 days to change your mind.

• Subscription (Pro or Agency): at checkout you ask us to start straight away. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the amount for the days that were left.
• Single floor plan: it is unlocked straight after payment. At checkout you agree that we deliver immediately and that your right of withdrawal ends once the floor plan is unlocked.

To withdraw, email info@dinoplan.com. No form is needed. If you buy as a business, this right of withdrawal does not apply.

8. Your projects and data

• Your drawings, house styles and exports are yours. We only use them to make Dinoplan work for you: storing, syncing and showing them.
• If you stop a paid plan, your projects are kept and you can keep editing them. Exports then carry a watermark; for an export without a watermark or as FML, you buy that project separately.
• You can always download a backup of all your projects. If you want us to delete your account and everything in it, email us.
• How we handle your data is in our privacy statement.
• If you put a tour online with a share link, anyone with that link can view it for 30 days. Only share it with people who may see it.

9. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Dinoplan available and secure, but we can't promise it will never be briefly unavailable, for example because of maintenance or an outage at a supplier. We keep improving Dinoplan: features may change or be replaced. If something essential disappears from your paid plan, we tell you in advance and you can cancel.

10. Liability

• You use the drawings and calculations from Dinoplan at your own responsibility. Check dimensions and areas before you use them in a sale, a valuation or a building plan.
• If we are liable after all, that is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue or lost time.
• These limits don't apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our side, nor where the law doesn't allow them.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we let you know by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new terms take effect.

12. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please email us first; we reply within 14 days and look for a solution together.
